Kaoru’s administrative style is friendly, open and detail oriented. You can expect your dealings with her to be upfront and direct. Kaoru provides bookkeeping and studio organization for the firm. Kaoru graduated from Emily Carr University in studio with a major in ceramics.

She has gone on to be more involved in the administrative side of the arts, managing the Gallery of BC Ceramics for four years and working at Circle Craft while teaching pottery prior to coming to Ion.
